Whether I’m doing strategy, execution, copy, or an evaluation, I start all my projects with a Discovery Call. This gives me a chance to get to know you and your business and learn what your goals are.

On the call, we’ll explore your current and past marketing, your strategies behind it, what worked well, and what didn’t. This information is essential for me when developing my recommendations for how to best attract more customers to your business.

Within a few days of our first call, I’ll present my recommendations to you on a Follow-Up Call. I’ll encourage you to ask questions, share your insights, and tell me if anything doesn’t seem right for your business and why.

I’ll then refine my recommendations, as needed, and present you with a proposal that I believe will provide you the highest ROI for your current circumstances in your current market.

After receipt of your deposit, I’ll begin work and keep you informed of my progress with weekly check-ins.

When the project is completed, I’ll present my finished work to you on a Project Completion Call. We’ll discuss the completed work and any adjustments that might be needed. I’ll revise the finished product up to 2 times, if necessary, to make sure it aligns with your goals.
